d. monaco designs will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged full price merchandise or defective full-price merchandise.  Returns will be accepted within 21 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit at the current selling price.

        •  Returns must include the original receipt.
        •  Merchandise must have hang tags attached.
        •  Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
        •  Sale items are Final Sale, no exceptions.

All orders are shipped and delivered by UPS on business days only, (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.



        •  We ship within the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
        •  We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.
        •  We do not ship internationally.
        •  Please allow 3 business days for an order to be processed before it is shipped. The service days below are in addition to processing time.
